To celebrate, here’s a celestial star sculpture, painstakingly constructed by the acclaimed English sculptor, photographer, and environmentalist Andy Goldworthy. One of Goldsworthy’s many temporal outdoor installations, crafted from natural materials found on-site, this particular piece was made using icicles located on the banks of Scaur Water river in Penpont, Dumfriesshire, which Goldsworthy carefully conjoined to spellbinding effect.
