Asunción Molinos Gordo has opened a new exhibition at Delfina Foundation in London as part of its Politics of Food series. The work shown here references the problems in the system from a local to international scale, where large producers often drive local businesses out of the market with impossibly low prices, before raising them as soon as they have the monopoly. The show considers many issues within food distribution, that sit between producer and consumer, even delving into the aid model, which can be used as a way to filter in products from external suppliers.
