Sunday mornings are well spent pottering in the nude, as evidenced in this self-portrait by US-born, UK-based artist Chantal Joffe. Joffe has used her “sensual yet unflinchingly candid” mode of self-portraiture to “trace the path of her own progression from young woman to pregnancy to motherhood” and beyond, wrote Louise Benson in an interview with the painter for Elephant Issue 35.
