The title of Erwin Wurm’s upcoming show at König Galerie (opening 8 March) should be reason enough to visit: The Ridiculous Life of a Serious Man. The Austrian artist’s work is consistently funny and spectacularly designed, featuring many a pickle (as shown here) and thick, bold lashings of colour. The show will take place in the gallery’s St Agnes brutalist church—a building well matched for suited for Wurm’s commanding sculpture.
