Offering some much-needed warmth, here’s a throwback to a playful temporary installation by Spanish multidisciplinary art and design studio, Fos. Made for the facade of a vegan restaurant in Madrid in 2013, the ephemeral design saw the Fos team exaggerate the yellow glow emitted by the building’s exterior light using a lemon-hued paint. Creating a luminous triangle in front of the eatery’s entrance, the paint covered the corner of a well-placed painting and half of the outdoor furnishings, while three propped-up pineapples added to the cheering effect.
