When was the last time you posted a letter? With these new Forever Stamps, featuring the work of Ellsworth Kelly, the US Postal Service might be able to convince you to give it a go. The series of ten stamps have been issued to coincide with what would have been the artist’s ninety-sixth birthday, and feature some of his best-known paintings, including Colors for a Large Wall (1951) and Blue Red Rocker (1963). At $11 for a sheet of twenty, the stamps are sure to brighten up even the dreariest of correspondence and it’s surely the cheapest way to collect the work of this Colour Field master.
