Some (self-isolated) Sunday serenity courtesy of collage artist Janeth Davalos (aka @sistersofthethers). A tribute to her idol, Japanese artist Mariko Mori, the image stars Mori herself, pictured during her 1996 project Beginning of the End, which saw her meditate in a futuristic capsule in various locations around the world, from Times Square to the Egyptian pyramids. Here, however, Davalos transports her hero and her pod to a somewhat quieter site: an empty mountainside, surrounded by wispy clouds and gently rippling water.
