He has variously been described as a pop artist, a cartoon poet and an urban artist, creating colourful, large-scale works, as well as speed paintings, performances and music. The show, also named Remains of the Night, looks at parallels between the Roaring Twenties and now, as well as gentrification and right-wing politics.
