Discover the inner workings of creative minds and the works of art that inspire them, in a new collaboration between MoMA and BBC Radio 3 titled The Way I See It. This epic series invites influential figures, from director and pop culture icon John Waters, to writer Roxane Gay and comedian Margaret Cho, to discuss their favourite work from the museum’s collection. For John Waters (pictured), that piece is Untitled by Lee Lozano, from 1963, which elevates the mundane to the monumental, by depicting a hammer in broad gestural brushstrokes. The series is broadcast at 10.45pm Monday to Friday on BBC Radio 3, and is available via BBC Sounds and podcast platforms.
