This painting is one of twenty-five new works by Keith Tyson, which will be shown in Life Still, opening this week at Hauser & Wirth London. Using the simple and traditional format of the still life flower painting for all of his images, Tyson then experiments with different visual codes and styles, examining “the information systems that surround and bombard us, reflecting an experience of the contemporary world we all inhabit”.
