Lisa Sorgini, Muttrah, Oman, 2018

A breath of fresh air to start the week, captured by Australian artist Lisa Sorgini. Much of Sorgini’s acclaimed output consists of intimate photographic musings on themes of family and community, and the relationship between mother and child. But she also applies her eye for rich textures, enticing colour combinations and natural lighting to painterly interior and landscape shots, like this beautiful depiction of a billowing, pale pink curtain taken in Muttrah, Oman.
