Starting the week with a soothing scene from the Lana Del Rey-approved photographer and art director Neil Krug. Shot on location in Namibia for Tame Impala’s latest LP, The Slow Rush, it is typical of the Kansas-born creative’s colourful and calming approach. “The room you see was pretty destroyed and the sand was almost to the ceiling, so our crew… shovelled and sculpted it all morning,” Krug told Billboard. When they returned at sunset to document the scene, the wind had shifted the sand into a new shape. “It looked so beautiful, like nature just needed to sort things out.”
