Would you allow an artist free rein on the facade of your house? This artfully drawn-upon dwelling by @koketit, aka the self-proclaimed “doodle poet” Shira Barzilay, has us convinced. Inspired by Picasso’s longstanding belief that “art is the elimination of the unnecessary”, Barzilay’s distinctive style sees everything from faces to figures to fish distilled down to simplified line drawings—primarily in the form of digital prints—in what she describes as “an attempt to reveal the unseen”.
