Some Wednesday warmth, courtesy of Dutch photographer Cleo Goossens, and this sandy evocation of lazy days spent lying on the beach. The image features in Goossens’ first photobook, Route du Soleil, alongside other wanderlust-inducing shots captured by the image-maker over the course of a decade. “These pictures were taken in places all over the world … [in] different continents,” Goossens told Rebecca Fulleylove in a 2020 interview for Elephant. “I photographed strangers but I also worked with people that I know very well.
