Rovie Hernandez, Anthurium, 2019

The annual graduate showcase Free Range is currently presenting future greats in the fields of fine and art and photography in London (until 8 July). One of our highlights is Rovie Hernandez, whose project focuses on seemingly mundane objects as part of a reconstruction of key events from childhood. Touching on themes of nostalgia and guilt, the images explore the hedonism of teenage years and the power of the visual to express what words cannot. You can find out about some of our other favourites featured in the show here.
